What are those tuning slugs, coils that say do not adjust on 2510. Lincoln, Emperor radios? The guy that aligned one of my radios pulled those stickers off and said he had to tune those for transmit alignment. Wonder what they did and why they say not to adjust and why he did.
 

front end bandpass filter,
on the early lincoln/2830 you had to retune them or suffer deaf rx at the low end of 11mtrs.
