As mentioned, the Texas Star isn't up to snuff for use on the Ham bands, BUT you could do it with a good quality 30mhz low pass filter.  Just don't drive the amp hard.  If it gets hot, the bias will start to migrate around, and if you overdrive it you will start creating even more harmonics.  Keep that amp's output around 400 watts or less and you should be in the right ballpark.  And then don't worry too much about it...there are plenty of trashy signals on the ham bands - usually unintentionally.  You might drift around a bit on SSB with the CB...and people will notice it...but just tell them you're using an old Drake or something :)
