Eagle Tomahawk, I need help resetting CPU?

Hi all, I have an Eagle Tomahawk which is similar to many radios like :

and the memory function does not work. Perhaps if I reset the CPU it might clear any issues? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, Adam

I believe the instructions for resetting CPU were in the frequency expansion portion of that page - http://www.normsweb.com/tektips/albrecht.shtml

If I reset I should still have all the bands and channels that I have, yes? Thanks, Adam

Hi, I was going to try to short SMT3 but my radio does not have that, its a different setup so that wont help. Too bad. Thanks, Adam
