My uncle sells a lot of motorcycle related items on eBaymotors $20.000 last two years
. Yesterda it has been capped. He was told he has reached selling limit......

What does this mean ?

might mean he`s gonna get a 1099 form ,or he might need to open a ebay store .with a ebay store you can sell any amount you can
