Anyone use echo link with WINDOWS XP?..
I down loaded it on my WINDOWS 7, no problem...but with the WINDOWS XP, it will not connect, have to use a proxy.
I use the same DSL ROUTER as on WINDOWS 7, so that isn't it.
I have the firewall that I have setup to allow ECHOLINK, TCP 5200 works but UDP 5198/99 fails...
Any suggestions would be helpful...the WINDOWS XP computer is an ACER 32 bit,

I got it working just fine...
I did the following
Removed all of echolink using revo uninstaller..
downloaded the program again
Instead of using or checking off single op, I put in sysop with a -l behind my call
it worked right away
then I changed the setup to singleop
still working as of today
