These were supposed to replace the 7530 final, not sure how well that worked out or if you can still find them now.

The ERF9530 feature new silicon wafer designs with greatly improved quality and durability. Palomar’s new wafer technology creates a new level of ruggedness for these RF power MOSFETs that are now able to withstand all adverse conditions - high heat, high VSWR, high voltages and current levels.
The ERF9530 is a drop-in replacement and upgrade for the ERF7530 transistor and features a new TO-3PN insulated package for the mounting screw. The ERF9530 is conservatively rated at 100 watts PEP.

Im not seeing a bunch of knockoffs so you might have some luck finding real ones. Unfortunately they seem to be out of the USA. I found 2 sources, one is Canadian the other UK. Neither are cheap.
Id try the canadian source first.

I thought in heard folks were having problems getting a reply from Palomar. Palomar is who in would try first but if thats a no go id try Canada.
How many FETs are in that amp? I have a matched set of 4 ERF9530 devices if you need them.

I thought Rocket Box electronics was supplying 9530's but I might be wrong.

From what I see at the above link you are correct. If they have any right now that looks to be the finals they build all their amps with.

It shows a 4 pack for 36 bucks, but the ten pack is out of stock.
Looks like several models say out of stock as well you look on the products page.
