A local comic used a prop, a piece of paper that said "Congradjulashuns", or something like that.

Way cool! Now you can enjoy the empty segment at the bottom of each 'phone' band.

Nah, it's not really empty, but we found a lot fewer aggravators below 3700 kHz.
