I need to get me a radio with flamethrower in the name.

Tired of being a MUDUCK.

Sounds like the flamethrower would be the ticket for really burnin’ up the band.

Maybe, a Lincoln Ii+ flamethrower edition, and a DX3200 (Manhattan Project) would be just the ticket.

Recommendations for a driver? I’m thinking the DX350, with the Panzer II conversion...I heard a truck stock out of Raleigh has than down pat?

Not that my demotion to drybox door slammer is anything to crow about, ha!

Several guys I know love reefer. Good, as I still like to eat.

The brave ones are those food service guys hitting all the C-stores and fast food joints running a one stack Mack & pup trailer.

Well, . . . if you ain’t too busy, have a look at my 579 Pete Install thread latest.

Door spot mirror mount ain’t gettin’ it, and the main (door-mount) mirrors may preclude using those due to door swing/body interference.

I haven’t forgotten a guy I ran with in Arkansas a few years back said he was running cophase vertical dipoles. Sounded good from five miles back. No time either of us for a stop, look, and see.

Appreciate any ideas. Thx

Hauling cake and bread to NYC. No more coast to coast reefer work for me. I got a local gig that pays better and I get to sleep in my own bed every night.

I assume your truck is virtually identical to this one and this is the best installation I've seen yet. If it was me I would just purchase one of those cheap oil filled antennas and stick a 3' or 4' shaft underneath it.
