thank you for the link, seems very confusing at first glance but it does break things down fairly simple. though still not sure i want to get my ham lic since i have a 10 meter radio but according to the chart (if i am reading it right) i could only talk on ssb which my radio does not have.

seems like every time i want to follow the rules and get even more involved in the hobby the more it seems it isn't for me.....
