Forum update feedback

I noticed since the update that reactions now require confirmation.

At least the mobile web version does. I feel this change, although slight and maybe for good reason, is somewhat cumbersome and breaks the flow of information. This is my opinion only and I wanted to provide some feedback.

Oh dear. I'm having all kinds of problems. The latest post button only shows really old radio reviews and no new posts. Then there's the confirmation thing....how annoying is that.
Worse yet, I can't respond to any posts that involve a quote as it sends me to some page that asks about email confirmation. If I click through that page, it posts the quote but I am unable to add any text under it.
These kinds of updates frustrate the shit out of me and make me want to forget the site altogether.
If it ain't broke, why "fix" it ?

I became aware of this just today, thanks to @Riverman sending us a message. I added Mole to the conversation and when he see's it we can go from there.
We are always open to feedback about forum operations and yes sometimes during a update things can get goofy, so it happens.
Members are also welcome to private message me or other Admins to address issues if you don't want to post concerns on the open forum.
@BC Coyote please do not hesitate to reach out to one of us if you have issues, we put a lot of effort into the forum to make it a good site for everyone and if is not working we really appreciate your feedback, that goes for any forum member.

I didn't figure this would be permanent, I am not bashing a great site/forum. Just mentioning the nuances I noticed. Great work otherwise.

It looks like this is a reported bug with the software. It's reported as "fixed" but may not be available yet. This issue will be temporary.

Can you post a screen shot of the "Latest Posts" issue and also tell us what part of the site you clicked on it? I'm not able to replicate that one.

Hi Moleculo. The "Latest Posts" tab is working properly now. I am still having issues with the quote function. I am able to highlight the part I want and click the "quote" button, but when i hit "reply" I am directed to an email confirmation page instead of a window opening with the quote in it...... hope that makes sense!

Yeah, found the issue and applied the fixes. Sorry about all that...there's a lot going on here!
