It's been a fun radio, but I really don't need it, so here it is..
Galaxy Saturn Turbo
This is the radio I did the power supply swap on, that is in the homebrew section of this forum, it has worked flawless ever since. Covers 26-32 Mhz if memory serves me right. Everything works as it should, no hack jobs, no limiters pulled, etc. Does 25-150W variable on SSB, 15-85W DK on AM/FM. I've had great audio reports on this radio. Wired standard 4 pin Cobra/Galaxy on the front. Cosmetically it's an 8-8.5, has some rub marks on the front a few light scratches on the case.
I'm asking $400.00 for this plus actual shipping cost, price is FIRM. I don't need to get rid of the radio, I just seldom use it. I prefer my old school CB radios better for the CB and freeband.
I also have a President HR-2600 as well, I had this listed previously, and I had 2 people jump on it. The 1st person never contacted me again, and when I offered it up to the next person, he didn't respond either. So I am reposting it.
This radio has had the chipswitch done to it, and is fully functional in all bands. RIT is unlocked, as that's how I got it, I left it alone. Does 30-35W on SSB depending on where you are at in the bands. The top cover has been painted (poorly) and I replaced the bottom cover with a decent looking cover that has not been painted over. Comes with a nice sounding old school President mic. It has also been converted to the standard 3 pin plugin that is normally used in the current CB radios. The display is free from any blotting and is well lit and sharp.
Asking $125.00 plus actual shipping charges for this radio. Let me know if either radio interests you. Thanks for looking!
~Cheers~
