I have a Yaesu FTA-850 that I want to connect to my BLUETHOOT Sena SF2 but my radio does not find the SF2. So i thought i should update my radio

If i connect my radio to my PC I have this famous error: Timeout !! (FirmVer) and I can't even read what's on the radio

If anyone can give me a hand it would be greatly appreciated
