I have a 25 GTL with a 2075 final and it'll swing 11 watts on a Bird 43 using a 50 watt element. If you know what you are doing, it is possible. Drives the crap out of an amp for keydowns. The one you posted is probably a mosfet version that will have a lifespan of a few days.
 
The one I posted is a "Dust mod" radio. Wonder if you have to pay more to get him to rip the limiter off the board with a pair of pliers? I hear that is his technique.
