Around the PLL. And if this works. Do factory align. You can make a lesser export radio less crappy. Makes it last longer and not make new friends that are not your friends. If you have friendly HAMS around they might help. I don't imagine you have the equipment to do this. They do however, the decision to clean up a splatter box may not be in there best interest. I have several Galaxy's they are irreplaceable. They are illegal. The CB/radio shop might be OK, Take picture of the inside of you radio before you give it to anyone. If you see coils spread and stuff cut abort.
