I have a older Galaxy Saturn Turbo. Was talking on it and then poof smoke started rolling out of it

So I removed covers and looked at the power input board I think it was and the wound resistor or whatever its called was gone just fried completely so I replaced it with new one. So now when turned on it blows the fuse. What could be my problem? I also unplugged the amp section from it still doing it? Thanks.

All fixed had a bad bridge rectifier.
