It's actually just because I'm an admin and can do whatever I please... It's not necessarily due to anybody being "better" than anybody else. Either randomness or because I prefer certain individuals are the two main reasons, but asking for/demanding an invitation is a sure way to not be invited.
Yes. Paying me a bribe or agreeing to drink some special koolaid at some point in time are two of the easier ways to get in...
Besides, there is no VIP section, nor can I remember there ever being such a section. Every member here is equal...
I'm just amazed how worked up people get over that sort of thing. Do you get cranky because you can't sit in Bill Gates' living room, or use the Lincoln Bedroom at the White House? That's the exclusive reason I do that from time to time, just to see whiny people come out of the woodwork "waah, I'm being left out, boohoo, woah is me, someone play a violin so I can tell a sob story"...
It proves a point about the immaturity of others though. I'm just preparing so some day when I'm ready to try for my Psychology degree I'll have a thesis already prepared... Fascinating.
VIP was nothing more than a joke. I just like to see how many whiners it draws out of the woodwork. Instead of hide it and using it now, I deleted it. Just like my last VIP section. I just like to get a feel for who's going to whine about it and/or beg for access, so I can put those people on a list. Said list will be used when I really do make a VIP forum to determine who I'm going to exclude.
You should not even pretend to know me. Neither of you. Pretend to understand what you want, but I merely find it fascinating how many people whine about being excluded from something they know nothing about. Although I should say more of an amateur interest in psychology. My real background is biased more towards engineering.

Think about this for a moment. If I had wanted the section to be private initially, it would have been. It's not hard to do. The fact I didn't hide it should be proof enough it was there to cause speculation, and ruffle the more sensitive feathers in the group. Or you could drive yourself up the wall thinking that I do have a VIP section set aside for private discussions with people I actually like, not including either of you. You'd be wrong, but believe what you want sir, in fact, whatever is going to make you go pout: believe that.

Talk about serious misunderstanding or misinterpretation. Where did I claim to be Seigmund Freud? Merely that I find some things fascinating, such as irrational jealousy at being "excluded" even if it's from nothing.
I've read my signature, and from what I can tell it says nothing of any sort that can be construed as "I am Seigmund Freud"...
