Hey guys im looking for a good cheaper meter that i can take with me and check swr in my vehicles, cuz i dont like to take my dosey meter out. looking at spending no more than $30.00 Are the diesel and astaic brands that are at the truck stop very good, or just junk? Are the Ratshack meters decent? I know im not going to get the best meter for this money, but would like to get something decent. Thanks guys.

I hear that the RADIO SHACK meter # 21-534 is pretty good meter for the cost and very accurate I'm thinking of buying this one off ebay nib nice price they are $44.99 at the shack so save a few bucks and still get a new meter. O.K so after posting the above post I said screw it I pulled the trigger and bought it should get it b/t Dec. 22-28 will let yall know how it works out.
I'm glad I was able to help don't know alot bout the meter but I've read alot of opinions bout the meter and it is the exclusion to the rule get what you pay for I hope. I'm going to install in my mobile setup I plan to mod it with a bracket and a meter light so we will see.
