All I'm getting so far is Mexico City skip.
The taxi cab dispatch woman - with her silver-tooth grin and her funky triple-tone roger beep on 27.165 AM. Upper sideband in the 10 meter range is all Spanish/Mexican skip. That's it...

I should be on 10 soon. Been waiting to snag a decent tuner on ebay and got one today. My 1/2 wave vertical is currently resonant for 26.700~28.000 Current SWR is 2:1 on 28.400 so the tuner will fix me up nicely for all of 28mhz. Also have an 80M loop that is resonant on lower 26megs, tuner should let me use it up on much higher freqs as well. Catch y'all on 10 next week hopefully!

i heard you working the station from puerto rico on 28.472 as soon as i came on 10M but by the time i tuned the antenna you were gone and i coundnt find you again


i cant get into the pine grove machine for some reason so i cant call you there

pop dpwn to 28.350 or 28.370 sometime and give me a shout
