I just acquired a few more awesome shortwave radios. The closest place to ground my radio is 15-20' away. what can i do? Read somewhere i can get about 200+' of wire and use that as a ground? but any size of wire at that length is not very cost effective:blink: Why is it when i connected the shield of the feed-line to ground on the radio it drops out on RX ? but if i run the shield of the coax to the + side of the antenna terminal it doubles the signal but also doubles the static being received.
