I saw no beautiful scenery that was being disturbed.

Amazes me how the neighbors now want to take legal action to be able to tell this ham operator what he can and can't do on his property. Thank God for the FCC on this one for giving the Ham operator the right to erect these towers. As for the neighbor complaining about his "view" ......Isn't it the same as the other 3 directions he can look? This just adds to my thought that the more I learn about people the more I love my redbone coonhound!

Just remember, the FCC gives the right to reasonable accommodation and NOT the right to do whatever you wish. Many other stations have not been so lucky. PRB-1 does have it's limitations.
It says at the end, "trumps his RIGHT to a traditional rural landscape".
I did not know we had a RIGHT to a TRADITIONAL RURAL LANDSCAPE, so why in hell am I living in the city when I got a RIGHT to a rural landscape. I hope this douche gets TVI next.
Any "RIGHT" not in the BILL OF RIGHTS (or the magna carta its loosely based on for all you brits) is commie/facist/douchebag bullshit but in fact is anything but a right to everyone else, like locking someone up because his opinion violates someone's "human rights".
Now maybe he might have had a case, even some sympathy from me if he was there first and this HAM guy moved in, and the guy lived right next to some lake or something and the ham blocked the view of it, but its a godless awful cornfield, the most boring, lame, and redundant landscape in this green hell.
