I had them pull my sellers account because they said I could not sell an item because of the fcc rules and I showed them the exact same rig being sold by a seller with a much larger sales # and his store was full of the crap and all they would say is that they deal with items on a item by item basis so I spent 2 hours reporting his stuff and guess what? they did'nt pull a single item from his store.

So it goes to show even if the fcc says one thing the almighty dollar says another.
