Handy little charger

I found one of those tactical flashlights a while back. since I didn't have anything to charge it with, I bought a second identical flashlight on Amazon for about $12. Now I have two flashlights, three batteries and one charger.
If there are two things I have too many of, it is flashlights, and VOM or multimeters! They just seem to follow me home all the time!
I do like the "tactical" flashlights though. Man, they are bright and throw one heck of a beam!
