I would love to know what is in that thing to make it worth so much.
It's not as costly as a true HF amp, but about double that of a TS sweet sixteen.

Across the front of the amplifier *GOLD REFERENCE* is in plain view. There are amplifiers that are listed as reference amplifiers. But I doubt that is the case here.
Maybe he is looking for lot's of gold in his pocket?
I would avoid this amp like the plague! notice the hardware is the wrong size and type? Someone was in side of it and lost the screws.

I spoke to him about shipping an antenna and he said he would be willing to ship an antenna so I just assumed that if he was willing to ship an antenna that he would also be willing to ship that if it was worth getting, but without being able to look inside I wouldn't even want to take the risk on that thing.
