HAVING ISSUES NAVIGATING THE SITE. STILL

While trying to accsea my pm's, and dx fourms after the site changes I unfortunately lost/erased all my saved data.
I had to start over by beginning a new profile.
Even with the new profile I still can't access my kred box) post replies, and the fourms (at least by tapping the forms icon.)
I can only access the DX fourms by tapping the three small dots located next to the word help to the right side of the top of the fourm page.
When I tap the red box denoting how many replies or my post replies it flashes blue as it originally did but unlike before it now does nothing.
This also happens when I tap the icon that used to bring me to all the fourm chiichs.
I have no idea how to access my old account or even if it's possible.
I did write moleculo while he was on the site and did use the option to notify the site owners but haven't heard from them.
Anyone have any ideas of how I could possibly log into my old account.
I'm not even getting a coice to log in or out.
I was hoping logging out of my old profile I'd be asked to log in again giving me access to my old (sonar) account.
For now it looks as if my past 2 year's posts, trophies, PM's ECT ECT have been lost forever. I still see my old profile photo album is there and was told by an aqaintance my postings ect ect are still there to be read but their out of my hands. Very frustrating to say the least. I am happy that I was able to start a new account and have access all be it having to navigate is a bitch to say the least. And as I mentioned I still can't access any PM's or replies. And that's the exact reason why I lost access to my original profile in the beginning. If anybody has any ideas about how I could possibly get my original profile back or at least be able to navigate the new one as I should be would be greatly appreciated. 73's

I'm using an android phone. If I view in mobile or desktop view it makes no difference. When I tap on my account to check my alerts it takes me back to the main page. I haven't tried it from my desktop yet... I know moleculo is working on it..I'm sure he will fix it soon. No big deal..still a great site.

Things might be getting a little better. Your post is the first one that I have been able to access via my email. Up until replying to your message via my emails I would tap the reply icon at the bottom of the email, and would be directed to a wwdx error page. I'm currently In the non desktop version, and unfortunately I am still having the same issues as you do. Captain kilowatt suggested I try choosing the desktop version. I did so and everything works fine while and the desktop version mode. I guess it's not just myself who is having the issue. Obviously. I do prefer the what I guess might be called the smartphone version as opposed to the desktop. I have to manually enlarge the screen in order to read the posts. All the text and everything for that matter is very small. I am curious about your speech to text while using it on this site? Do you use speech-to-text? And if so are you having any issues with it on this site in particular. I never had issues with my speech to text on this site, and no where else. Including email, text messaging, note book ect ect. I too am on an Android smart phone. and as I mentioned above Captain kilowatt advised me to use the desktop version. It allows me to access everything as if nothing was wrong. It has been very frustrating to say the least. I actually went as far as starting a new profile. I was beginning to have worldwide DX radio Forum withdrawal. I tried so many different things and nothing worked. I mustI admit I am PC, smartphone, etc etc illiterate. I initially thought I somehow caused the problem. Then I thought it was too coincidental that the issues began immediately after the site was upgraded. Maybe you should give the desktop version another try. At least until moleculo gets thing sorted out. I do recall another member replying to my op about this problem. Stating that he was having the same issues. Was that you? Is it possible there's just two members having these issue? If that was not you who replied to my op about the problems then there are at least 3 people that are confirmed to be having issues after the site's upgrade. Good luck my brother.

Did you try the desktop version again? I'm actually beginning to enjoy the desktop version. I'm beginning to like it over the Android/smartphone format. Once again good luck. 73's

That makes three of use I know of having the same issues. I'm sure there's more.

This issue should now be resolved. I just finished testing on my phone and everything looks good to me.

I have yet to test all the sight options, but so far if not only seems to be working, but working much better then the old site configuration. Much better looking as far as the mobile screen, and even though I thought I was enjoying the desktop version this is certainly much more enjoyable period and easily navigated. Much more so then the old version. Thank you very much moleculo. Good job. PS. I suspect it was a bitch to get the bugs iut. Thanks again.

So I guess it was the sharp corners on the avatars that was hanging everything up?

I think it was more the wet paint of the new layout that was sticky and slowing things down.

I hope that molecular notified you as he did me stating that the mobile version of the site is up and running fine. The only issue I'm still having is my speech to text. Do you use speech to text, and if so are you having any issues? Thanks 73
