That looks to be a Rohn 25 tower and the antenna is definately a Cushcraft beam I will look to see what I think it is or what it is unless someone beaats me to it.

The thing with the box that says Cushcraft MN600 is the matching box for the Cushcraft R6000 and it's attached to the base section of said antenna. I have that same antenna and recognize it.

This image looks like he made a vertical array of some type of mobile antennas; probably VHF:

Honestly, you might be able to get something out of the tower if it's not in too bad of shape. The antennas all look pretty rough, which is probably why they were abandoned.

I don't know where you are or how long ago you bought the property, but that stuff is not considered 'real' estate and unless it is listed in the agreement then it is not yours. It's worth over a thousand. Has the seller given you paperwork stating he doesn't want it and giving you permission to sell it?

If its laying on the ground it's junk. If it was installed, then you might have a case.

I call scrap. The antennas I wouldn't want... The tower, I might give 200 bucks.

these two are skeleton sleeve monopoles, looking at the spacing and sleeve length i would agree vhf.

It's not worth over a thousand. The antennas look like scrap to me.

I agree with Moleculo. And having purchased several ham estates over the years and seeing antennas in this condition more than once, the stuff looks like it's been lying around outside for a long time. Probably worth whatever the value is as scrap aluminum. If that stuff was new or had been stored properly it might have been usable.
