Help with identifying this

Ok Ive had this forever and asked at one other time but now have a pic WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?? Im thinking a SWR matcher in this barrel end?? Theres a removable cap you can see then theres an adjustment set screw under the cap. I guess I can just test it if nobody here has a clue. Ive never seen one of these anywhere else or again otherthan this one that Ive aquired back in the mid 1990s.

No I have lightning arrestors this metal cap comes off and theres a set screw down in the hole. It was made by vectronics
 
Damn I was really hoping someone here out of all these people would have know what this is forsure but Ill have to experiment with it Im guessing its a matching network for SWR. must be a hard to find :confused:
