I'm about to dive into a project building a 4 x erf7530 amp. I'm kind working off the palomar fet 450 schematic.i have most of the parts in the mail, but the only thing i had to sub was the larger ferrite transformer. I couldn't find the larger 1 single beads. So i got the one with 2 beads back to back. I hope in make sense. It's really fit 4 beads but line up in 2 tubes. Will i have to make any modifications in turns or will it be the same as the schematic?

It sounds like you're talking about the pair of transformers on the output stage. The important thing here is the length of the core, not so much the number of beads they put on it. The core length on the transformer determines the amount of power it can handle before saturation. As long as the core mix is appropriate for HF, there should be no noticeable difference or change in the turns ratio.

Ok so I'm assuming it would be ok for the length to be slightly longer? As long as it's not shorter? I believe the 2 cores are a tad longer than the single longer one. Yes i am talking about the out put. So i should use these cores and use the amount of turns as on the schematic? Thanks
