its the same as the list from the 2000 in this link with a few exceptions:

here are the electrolytic caps that are in the 2000 but NOT in the madison: 218 525 232 230 231 512 217 535 540 542 501 530 214 527 523.

here are the electrolytic caps that are either not in the 2000 or are different values. the values i give are for the madison: C302-220uF, C18-47uF, C304-3300uF,
C205-.47uF, C209-10uF, C212-47uF.

that should be right.
in the old SAMS books, they list the tantalum caps (which dont need to be replaced) in the electrolytic caps section. this can cause some confusion.

Thanks for the info LC. I'll have to decipher it now. I've already got the 2000 list below;
