Seriously though - I think Pumphouse has proved his case on the original thread concerning Freecell. Since the USPS has got into the game - Freecell may be forced into paying Pumphouse off as he should. If not; then the US Gov't may easily charge him. It's not looking too well for Freecell about now. The US Gov't keeps these cases in their files - so any further attempt by Freecell to defraud someone using the US Mail Service will make it worse.
Hey Freecell - time to ante up the $100 to Pumphouse. That is - unless you have defrauded more people that just Pumphouse. Federal prisons are far worse than local pokeys; they will also levy a fine against you as well. This means that if you cannot pay; they will go after your belongings and auction them off to pay the fine. Bit of a sticky situation - isn't it?
