I agree with Tuner.

Or a screwdriver antenna.

 I guess another choice would be a handful of HamStick style Antennas or Hustler mast and coils.

 I think Hustler makes a tri-mount that will allow you to mount 3 different coils at a time..... or they did at one time.

And a Yaesu FT 857D.

I have run my FT 897D Mobile with a AT-200 Pro Tuner and a SS whip, but 80 meters is asking a lot, 10 thru 40 is "reasonable".
