Don't think you can use the CC-1-Y unless you hack it for the mic connector. Your going to have to have a 4 pin xlr from the mic to a 3 pin xlr or a phono plug to connect the mic to the mixer. A cheap audio cable works fine for that, just add a 4 pin XLR to the mic end.  Then you need a cable from the mixer out to the input of a  device similar to the W2IHY iBox to convert the line audio to mic level audio and a cable from the output of the interface to the Galaxy. For the iBox that would be a 5 pin din to a 4 pin mic plug.


If I were you I'd order the iBox Kit and a generic interface cable.


Look at the picture I posted on the 2nd page of this thread.  It shows exactly what you need and the cables involved. The only thing diferent is the 3 pin xlr on the studio mic vs the 4 pin you have to have for the Heil mic.
