How many Uniden 858 SBB boards are there?

Realistic TRC449/457/458, President Madison/Washington/Grant/Adams, Cobra 138XLR/139XLR, Teaberry Stalker 1/2/101/202, Midland 79-893 for starters.

I believe there are 6 or 7 revisions of the D858 AM/SSB board. Unit_399 may have more info.

~Cheers~

I guess what i mean is, how many Revisions of the PC176-196-346 are there?
The AA, AB, BD ?
Was there a sweet spot?

The 138XLR schematic says pc176 but my cobra has a 196 and the 449 schematic says 196 but my 449 is a 176.
can anyone give a revision history with the changes?

Also I see the cobra schematic has nothing connected to ANL.
Trickery?

Well nobody really gave a solid answer on the pc 196 and the 176 I happen to have the 176 ad. Now I got this washington from a guy of Fb market place in exchange for letting him use my drill motor , to drill some really ugly holes in his ford 500 I think it for some short whip antennas . Anyway I got the wahington in the house and took the cover off and the first thing I saw was no relay I bypassed it as in receive mode and getting deflection of rf meter but no sound . Got a hot running r112 I believe and is directly connected to c-136 I believe not real sure due to the g that's making it hard to read. Lol g is for my glasses. Anyway I ordered the new capacitor set and waiting on that also I have come to the conclusion that ic-4 is bad so I order it also that little 10 pin rf amp ic. So I hope that takes care o the reiceve part of this radio. It has no transit am or side band , but I believe that is a result of some butcher that had this unit b.v before. Cb . Because L29 L30 L27 L28L35 AND 36 HAVE been cut out no clue why . But I love this stuff and have been messing around with electronics since I was 6 or 7 years old and fixed old guys tube type short wave radio.. and working on car electronics all the time .one last thing I did get me a osiliscope the other night for 20 bucks not too much inch do with it for this project though only a 10 mghz unit but it looks cool and works. If anyone has any ideas where I could find any of the coils for it referring to all the L items referred to above . Or on some o the simple ones know how I could make some of them I think.a couple are just 6 or 7 wrap wound coils . Enough of my book . So untill tw next chapter of how the president's stomach churns lol..hey I really will make some of the coils if anyone knows how many turns and what nots.

Oh I forgot to mention i used to work for kenrich electronics building the the eagle 500 and I think 1000 watt amps made for ham but were conveniently marked on the running coil with sharpie so all you had to do as unsolder the tap on the coil and solder it to the sharpie mark on the coil and you were able to use for cb .
