How to: push-up masts

For my second post, I'm gonna ask a question that I don't know the answer to. I've only owned one pushup mast in my life. 50 years ago we stretched it out and locked it down, then tilted the antenna up.

Is there another way???

Now I'm alone, so if there is an easier way I'd like to find out before buying one.

Thanks, John.
You can see from my pictures that the huge push up mast, I think it is an H50, allows me to work from about 20 feet up in the air. Even with that and the light weight rotator and 10M Moxon it was a serious workout to put that thing up all the way. Basically I get up on the roof, put down an old piece of carpet, and then start pulling the mast up, tie wrap, check the guys, hope that the wind will stay calm, pull up the next section which is the most difficult as I am huffing and puffing to pull up the last few feet mostly because the guys have some tension.

I don't know about a push-up. I made a tilt-over 40' long to put a 2 element moxon on. Welded two 20' pieces of 1" sq. steel tubing together and mounted it in a swivel base I made.
Then I rigged a small $60.00 120v elec. winch from Amazon that I use to raise and lower it.

Had some 65 mph winds for a couple of days last week with no problems. It's stouter than it looks.
