HR-2510 MRF-455 dual or single transister mod

Hi all,

New to this board. Can anyone recommend a qualified tech or shop that can do this mod or has done this mod with success?



I would like the dual 455 mod done if not at least the single mod. I have read about some problems, but I have read also the the Lincolns have a single 455 now.



Can anyone put me in touch with someone?

Get in touch with Doc of "Doc's Electronics" several members on the forum here have had Doc work on their radios and he does great work.He did both my 2510 and my 2600 and they work great. Doc's Electonics

Try Bills2Way. He owns the rights to the Chipswitch. I don't know if he'll do the dual transistor mod. Also FGBestCommunication can do the 455 mod. At leas they did when Bill Good worked there.
