102 inch whip isnt gonna be good for 10 meters thats why I said the Wilson because I know these work good on 10 and he can still use it elsewhere not just 10 and if he gets himself a cheap antenna tuner or a Maco Model 91 300 watt Antenna matcher he can play with 10 - 12 meters
