I'm looking for a mod so I can tx on 146.50 for my radio, I need it remove two diodes, the problem I don't know their locations, can anybody help ? my radio

It will TX on that freq without mods.

Depends on his ITU region. 146.000 MHz is the cutoff in region 1.
