indoor antenna (pics added)

any good ideas for an indoor antenna i have a ground just want some input befure i set anything up right now i have a wilson 2000 trucker with a merror mount on my metal bunk bed. i am trying to get as far out as i can and recieve as good as i can well let me know - Chong

Indoor antennas are always a compromise, never the 'best' you can possibly have. What you're using is probably as good as anything else you can try. Wanna try something different? Nothing wrong with that, so go ahead and try it. Don't expect miracles, there just aren't any.

I have been doing some experimenting myself. So far the Wilson 5000 Mag mount (stuck on a .22 bullet box) has been the best. I am currently setting up a Double Bazooka in the atic to see how that works. I have also tried a zero ground plane Solarcon on the gutter of the house which actually has worked very well (but not really an indoor antenna).

its gotta be indoor im in an apt. it really sux im in the bottom floor so my antenna is only about 3 foot off the ground but it get out about 40 to 60 miles im happy with it im just looking for other ideas its sort of directional so im trying to get it so its not well peace for now - chong
