I totally agree with you sonar, you definetly get what you pay for..

The zerofive colossal has bad reviews? I have read all good reviews of it and it is hands down better then an imax 2000.. I was going to put up an imax but did some research on the zerofive and I am so glad I did in all honesty.. RX and TX is amazing, and it has been in the wind when storms rolled through, its tough as well.. I once had a fiberlgass antron 99 back in the day, had it on my chimney and it was great, but after a number of years the fiberglass becomes brittle etc, etc.. I like the aluminum antennas, not that the imax is bad, its a great antenna , but its not in the same class as the colossal..
