Not the same argument. You're supposed to tune to the TX stations frequency. If your radio is aligned, then your TX should match his assuming he didnt hack his either. It could be 27.532.62, doesn't matter on free bands or Amateur bands as long as your within the band limits of your licence or 60 meters.
