Well normaly you just get a message back that you failed to do something or some such wrong if you did indeed. Not an automatic ban of the user name. When they are set up to call for a verification, the robot just cannot do it so it is enough just to deny confirmation if it does not do the copy right.
In this case I am pretty sure I did it right, because I have run into some that are hard to really tell what number or letter it really is, but this one it was fairly clear. It sometimes is case sensitive though. This one I tried to make sure I copied the case as well.
But after that, to set up the confirmation to automaticaly ban a user name for that is not only unusual but unnessicary as well. Its enough to just not confirm and activate the account. They can't get in anyway. And the robot will never get it right no matter how hard it tries because it can't read and comprehend the symbols.
So I suspect that it is just set up wrong. All the way through even. Perhaps even if a new user does everything right. And of course if you don't leave an email for someone to tell you its doing that and no new members come can come in and tell you that then... you will never know. You may notice your getting few new members. But never know the cause of that. I suspect this is the case.
I think my point is that you don't set up a verification screen to automaticaly ban for an error. No need to. Never.
And its possible that this one is even set up to ban no matter what.
