They are popular radio's and have always sold well. Try a google search only type in the correct name, it's Omegaforce HP not Omegafore. It will come down to who has one in stock. I have seen several on E-bay in the last week as well.

I have ordered an S45 HP from GI Joes on the 22/09/2011 and after speaking to them delivery was going to be " worst case scenario " of 3 weeks delay as none were in stock. I have checked my account and it is still pending but now the website states none available until December 2011.
Is Magnum having problems supplying this radio to the vendors?

Haven't talked to Sam L in well over a year now. But the last time I talked to him, they were talking about turning the 257 and the S45 into a 10-11-12m radio.
Could be that they just cleared old stock before they re-introduce the new line/series.

you answered this answer with your post saying you haven't spoken to sam in over a year. through your past history with sam, i guess you never learned that magnum has had a problem supplying radios since day 1 with the 257 & 357's. demand is greater then supply, but i'd venture to guess they have FAR LESS radios built then rci does. they never run out & sell far more then magnum. yet every model of magnum always runs out of stock, and the time to replenish always seems like eternity-if you're waiting to buy one.
if you find a new one on e bay, watch the pricing-some command far more of a premium then they deserve.
