Anybody know anything about this radio???age, stable, any pro's or con's???

I'm talking to someone who is talking to me on a lafayette 2400fm. Anyone know the three power levels on this radio and has anyone owned and/or talked on one? It's a pretty nice sounding radio but needs a tune and align job
