Our locaL CB shop is no more. They were in the basement of the truck stop on I-69 @109A, place was as big as a bedroom. That cost them 700 bills a month plus a take of their sales. The lease came up and the new rate was going to be 1200 a month plus a % of the gross. What a shame, and what the heck is that truck stop thinking. They will not find ANYONE to rent that broom closet out to for half what Mechanic was paying. The basement sat empty for years, and looks like it will again.
