West Coast - Washington
From Washington to New York last night.

It started around 11:30pm here:
361 - Tony around Niagara Falls
606 - Brain some where in N.Y.
181 - Mark in Wisconsin

WR 390 Mike (from the coast line of Washington) and myself talked with these three guys for close to an hour.

We never heard anyone else from the east and they never heard any one from the west coast. There was several guys at this same time talking from San Jose, CA on the same channel, but with our beams going east, they never heard us.

Good signals going both ways.
Oh...just got to mention - my 28 watt 2950dx was working great as usual!

Yeah; I heard those guys from NY. But everybody and their dog was working them. I heard you talking to them - off of the side of your beam! Yeah; we San Jose guys were yakking on for quite awhile...

That beam of yours is the real deal. You could of hooked up a Kraco radio to it and still have done as well.
LOL!

Talked to a guy on 10m/28.400USB W7DUV. He was using a FlexRadio SDR-3000. Sounded great - all set up ESSB. My setup isn't quite to that level yet. But I will be getting it there soon. We talked about audio equipment, as he used to have a studio as I did - and was a musician as well.

Ha Ha- Kraco LOL.......think so hu? Well, you may probably be right about that Robb, but, I think what I really need a 100 watt amp, then I would really be smoking!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh - wait a minute, I do have a 100 watt radio, should probably drag that thing out and see if it still works, ya think?

So you did hear me down there in San Jose off the side - humm, darn Yagi's anyway, no rejection!
