That's the problem with large rims with rubber bands for tires. The tires are too hard and have no give in them for traction. Hell my truck came with the option for 22 inch wheels and I said NO WAY! I want the 18 inch with the heavier and more flexible sidewalls. Cheaper too.

Hit a good bump in the road and those rubber bands won't cushion the impact and you have a bent wheel. I would rather see 15" and 16" on pickups and SUVs only.
The bigger the wheels the smaller the penis.

Exactly. With no cushion they ride rough as hell too. As for wheel size 15 or 16 inch wheels look a little funny on a full size 4x4. Stock tires on my Tundra are 275-65-R18 and they don't look or perform too bad however I would NOT want a lower profile tire. IIRC the 22 inch are a 50 series. YUCK!

And puts a lot of load shock in to the hub bearing assembly I part time in a auto parts store and I have seen it first hand on a 2006 jeep with huge rims where the hub bearing just separated...
but I beet that hub bearing was humming for 2 years as the guy was unable to fix it because he had to have 3,000 rims

You guys would hate Cali. Soo many morons with lifted trucks with white or chromed 30"+ rims with about 5% rubber LOL
