Look at this "NOS" amp

This is a good amp but on AM it will only swing to 350-400 watts peak on a Dosy and the the claim of over 650 watts peak is just absurd. I can't believe the selling price.....I owned one in the 1980s and they aren't worth $470, that's insane. Good luck finding MRF492 transistors if something goes wrong.

That was one of the first amps I owned back about 15yrs ago. Paid like 150 for it. It did about 350-400 watts on am. Never used it on SSB. They weren't a bad amp but dang 470 for one lol. People will pay if they want it bad enough and either don't know better or just gotta have it!! Read the plate on the amp, 350 amp and 650 pep SSB, I doubt that, but the 350 on am is achievable. At any rate either one or both the seller/buyer are happy lol.

The wiring harness for remote use was always included with the H 350s.....good luck finding plugs for that amp since the harness is missing.

Those aren't even stock finals. Definitely been resoldered in. I'd LOVE to have those MRF492's for my 4 pill, tho. Those are really nice transistors.

They are stock finals. The H 350s came stock with MRF492s or generic TRW transistors.

Maybe it was a later model than mine...mine has MRF454's in it. My H600 has 2879's in it.

Either way, its a nice piece but I do agree its not worth no 475.00+ price tag.

I didn't know then when I had one but those output transformers were longer than any stock amp had at the time. They sure did cram 10 lbs of stuff into a 5 lb space.
I would have gone $225 but that's it.
