Yep that be it .does it have up and down buttons on top ? And how much you want for it ?

The little triangle on either side of the M in Magnum are the channel up/down buttons.

The stock Magnum mic is a power mic. If you pop the back cover off the Volume pot is right there.

Those buttons on the front of the mic are indeed the channel up/down buttons.
