Selling this for a local guy Veteran that has fallen on hard times

It works. talks on all channels, even CB band. has dual mic connectors (one on both sides) Mosfet finals. It does have a Workman 3 sound noise toy, BUT he says the noise toy "only works sometimes" cut it out or keep it in I don't care.
The radio looks are a 7-8 and as for function it is a perfect 10
