Marine radios with encryption

I hope this is in its correct place?

So, I scan the Marine band daily and late at night on odd occasions I get to hear encrypted chatter on a certain frequency. I know that Icom has two boards which are the UT-109 (i think that's for ham & commercial radios?) and the UT-98 (which is marine radio). Does anyone know which Marine radios offer the compatibility of the UT-98? I cannot find much information on there website.

Options:

* UT-112 :
Non-rolling type voice scrambler unit. Up to 32 scrambling codes are available.

* UT-98 :
Rolling type voice scrambler unit. Up to 128 scrambling codes are available.
(New production units of UT-98 are discontinued but existing units in the market can be used.)


Apparently, Standard/Horizon also has the equivalent of the Icom UT112 scrambler, CVS 2500 4 code voice scrambler
