I just got my Tram D201-A today after many years of looking for a nice clean radio but i'm not sure what a few of the controls are for. Left of the channel sel knob there is a smaller knob marked limiter, whats that for? The on and off switch marked vol/RTC. What is the RTC for? Will post pics of this like new radio as soon as i have time and thank you for the help.

the limiter is like the anl noise limiter on other radios. the RTC is a receiver tone control it varies the pitch for the bass & treble of the reciver audio. there are from time to time guys selling owners manuals on ebay, also go there are other sites that you can down load owners manuals. another source is to go to Barkett electonics he has a slew of parts and manuals for the trams and brownings. i will send you a massage with his tele number. but the ol'e tubies are surly radios to enjoy like family i love to collect brownings and trams. good luck and enjoy the radio. also got to the DXzone.com and there you can find some tram and browning info.

Thats one great radio you have. Myself ive had a few back in the day They have the best Adjacent channel rejection
(@ over 80db's) of all the cb radio's out there . Also there's nothing that sounds better than plate modulation

oh ya they do sound the best with a unmodulated or
( none amplified ) D104 on them

but thats me
